While you send your dictations from your computer to our secured servers, 256 bit SSL encryption of data is performed.

6 Are your servers equipped with backup systems in case the primary system fails?

Yes, our hosted servers are built with fault-tolerant, mirrored drives. So, in case of failures or if the primary system fails, we have a system ready for backup.

7 Do your medical transcriptionists sign confidentiality agreements?

Yes, all our employees including our medical transcriptionists sign non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements.

8 What quality control measures are you implementing?

The transcribed documents are checked by our senior editors and proofreaders for spelling errors, omissions, formatting, etc., before they are uploaded.

9 How long does it take before you delete dictations?

Clients who subscribe to our archiving service have their voice files or dictations and transcribed reports stored permanently in our secure servers where they can retrieve, edit, fax, or email past reports anytime wherever they have an Internet connection. Otherwise all client files are stored for 15 days and then permanently deleted.

10 How can I be sure that all the information exchanged through your site is secure?

Our site is protected with a Secure Socket Layer encryption (SSL). This means that all the information you put in our site is not accessible by anyone else except you and our servers.

11 How long will it take before I get the transcribed version of my dictation?

Generally, clients can expect to receive reports within 24 hours.
