1 Install CD Program included in the Olympus digital recorder(right) package onto your computer.

2 Install batteries.

3 Press 'Record' when you want to start dictations.

4 Press 'Stop' when you're done

5 Repeat steps 3 and 4 for every dictation.

6 When done, separate recorder from battery unit and plug into the USB port of your computer.

Upload. Files are saved under the 'Digital Wave Player' folder.

8 Once done, log-in to your mdzip account and upload.

Highlight file from the 'Digital Wave Player' folder and click 'Add Files'. Single or multiple files can be uploaded at one time.

Click 'Upload Files'.

Screen will appear. Select report template to be used. Attach other files related to dictation if needed. Click 'Send Dictations Now'.

Click on 'Dashboard' to see file sent to medical transcriptionist.
